First look at the mold preparation: from order to mold planning to production, complete mold equipment is required. It can be considered that the production ahead provides satisfactory preparations, and production is not delayed due to molds. This requires sufficient inventory to ensure this cycle. Generally it takes about 20-25 days.
Secondly, the inspection method: in this link, we should pay attention to the inspection of tools and methods. The most basic inspection tools we know include vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, Rockwell hardness machines, tensile testing machines, etc., most of them The method of on-site follow-up inspection and sampling and random inspection always selected by enterprises.
Finally, it is the control of the output process: including appearance, method specifications, thread pass and stop, and mechanical properties. In order to ensure the use of the nut, we first control the first three items, and the appearance can be completed by visual inspection. In order to control the accuracy of the internal thread, it is necessary to make an inner diameter lubrication plug gauge. The inspector and the operator have one set, which can easily check out the standardized nut; others rely on the production accuracy of the forming mold and the adjustment of the pressure during production to ensure ; The requirements for mechanical properties depend on raw materials and heat treatment to complete.
